We always try to ship your order within 24 hours of cleared payment. Occasionally this may be longer during busy periods. We will always notify you by email when your order has been dispatched so that you know when to expect it.
All items are posted by a trackable method, and you will be given a number of options to select from during checkout.
You also have the option to collect your order from the shop. Simply select the cash on delivery option during checkout, and no postage will be added to your order. Orders will be available for collection 24 hours after the order was placed, and will be held in store for 7 days (unless a prior arangement has been made).
At the moment we do not offer international shipping.
Missing Items :
If your item has not arrived within 10 days please get in touch. We will follow up with the courier and either offer a refund or replacement if needed.
Returns Policy :
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel your order at any time either before or up to 14 days after the day of receipt of your purchase without penalty and without the need to give us any reason. However, the products must be returned unopened and unused. The original postage costs will be refunded, as per the regulations, but please note that all return postage costs are the buyers responsibility and will not be refunded (unless the item was faulty).
Please note that goods received back in an opened or used condition will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% of the order value, depending on the condition of the item being returned.
Returns Process :
If you would like to return an item for whatever reason please click on the link at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions. You are then given 14 days to return the goods to us. We would request that you enclose a note stating your reason for returning the goods. This is not essential, but it helps us to improve the service we provide. Once the item has been returned your refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be paid by cheque or Paypal only.
If you fail to return the items to us within the specified time frame we will assume you have accepted the goods and your return request will be deemed cancelled.
Please ensure you obtain a proof of posting certificate when sending items back, along with postal insurance, where appropriate. We will not be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
