We have put our terms and conditions of sale below - please be aware that purchasing items constitues an understanding and acceptance of these terms so please read them carefully .. they are there to protect you afterall!
Sales :
All of our items for sale are described as accurately as possible. Please contact us should you require further information or details about the product(s) before you place an order. This helps avoid any disappointment or confusion.
We will always try to reduce postage costs where possible, but please note that this is not always possible for some orders. It may also not be possible if your order contains heavy items.
We are happy to combine purchases made within a 7 day period via eBay. If you would like to bid on some auctions items which are outside this time frame please contact us first, we are usually flexible. If you do not get in touch you will be invoiced separately for your orders, and postage will be charged appropriately.
We try to be as approachable as possible and always help our customers wherever we can. At the end of the day we are only human, and I’m sure we will make some mistakes along the way. You can be rest assured that we will always do our best to assist you and resolve any problems you may have.

Payment Information :
Please note all invoices must be paid in full before goods will be dispatched to the customer. All payments must be received within 7 days of purchase / auction end. We try to be as flexible as possible, and offer a number of payment methods …
* Cheque
Please ensure all cheques are made payable to Mrs N Hutchings, and sent to the address on your invoice. Please allow 5-7 days for funds to clear. Orders will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.
* Postal Orders
You can also pay by crossed postal orders, made payable to Mrs N Hutchings. Please retain the receipt for your own records. No responsibility will be taken for postal orders that are lost in the post. Orders will be dispatched immediately upon receipt of payment.
* Cash
Due to the security risks involved we do not accept cash as a method of payment. We have had some cash payments go missing in the post, therefore we feel it is in our customers best interests to no longer accept it. However if you are collecting your goods in person, then we are more than happy to accept cash in this instance.

* Direct Bank Transfer
You can also pay by direct bank transfer (please ask for further details). Payments made by cash over the counter will clear the same working day. Bank transfers may take 2hours, or they may take 3-5 days to clear, depending on which bank you use. Most, but not all banks are now using the faster clearance service!! Please advise us once payment has been made so that we can ensure your order is dispatched as quickly as possible.
Note to all Customers:
If you do not pay by Paypal, please ensure your name, delivery address, and invoice/order number is included with your payment, this will ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible. If this information is not included your order may be delayed.
Shipping Policy :
We always try to ship your order within 24 hours of cleared payment. Occasionally this may be longer during busy periods. We will always notify you by email when your order has been dispatched so that you know when to expect it.
Unless otherwise requested all items will be posted by Royal Mail Signed For Delivery which generally takes 3-5 days for delivery. This method provides tracking information, and protection for both you and us.
If you need your order quickly please contact us before placing your order to confirm that we can meet your requirements. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs, but please be aware that any extra costs must be met by the buyer prior to shipping.
Missing Items :
If your item has not arrived please check with your local sorting office. We have had many cases where the postman has returned the item to the sorting office, and has not left a card!
Royal Mail does not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have passed. Our hands are tied until this time has elapsed. If at this point your order has not arrived we will issue you with a refund / replacement. We will then file a claim with Royal Mail directly who may need to contact you to confirm non-delivery.
Returns Policy :
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel your order at any time either before or up to 7 working days (Monday to Friday inclusive) after the day of receipt of your purchase without penalty and without the need to give us any reason. However, the products must be returned unopened and unused. The return postage costs are the buyers responsibility (unless the item was faulty).
Please note that goods received back in an opened or used condition will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% of the order value, depending on the condition of the item being returned.
Returns Process :
If you would like to return an item for whatever reason please ensure you contact us first, either by email or by telephone. You will then be issued with a returns number, which must be included with all returned items. You are then given 30 days to return the goods to us. Please also enclose a note stating your reason for returning the goods. This is not essential, but it helps us to improve the service we provide. Once the item has been returned your refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be paid by cheque or Paypal.
If you fail to return the items to us within the specified time frame we will assume you have accepted the goods and your return request will be deemed cancelled.
Please ensure you obtain a proof of posting certificate when sending items back, along with postal insurance, where appropriate. We will not be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
IMPORTANT FOR EBAY CUSTOMERS: The above returns process only applies to Buy-It-Now or Best Offer purchases. They do not apply to purchases made via Auction. Returns will only be accepted on Auction items where the item is faulty or damaged.
Faulty Items :
If your item should arrive damaged or faulty please contact us immediately. Upon receipt of the returned item you can choose a full refund, or a replacement (where available).
Privacy :
This one is easy .. we will never sell or rent out your information to a third party under any circumstances. We value our own privacy just as much as you do, and therefore understand how important it is.
